"prehab" was my middle name in high school . -jk (my bad)but it is why you catch me staggering 'round tha' gymnasium without a cane .. looking like a drunkard .. =] **we move forward , regardless , whether we like it or not , i think .

The same situarion happened again I'm stuck to the floor and can't get walk Is it because of nervosness or psychologically
It could be both! Possibly in addition to muscle weakness and/or poor coordination.
Today I walked a long distance I felt difficulties in walking I did the knee bending exercise ,am I sick of it
